My boyfriend and I stopped here Easter Sunday. Thankfully the restaurant we were going to go to was closed because we ended up here.

The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the pancakes great, toast was better than average and buttered well, bacon and sausage were plentiful and everything at a reasonable price. We asked for our potatoes crispy and they were perfect. Too many places under cook them. We will be back!!

    PROS
    Very fair prices
    They accept cards
Ample seating at 8 AM on a Sunday
    Generous portions
The grilled cinnamon roll was good- not the best I've ever had, but good

    CONS
The waitress didn't listen- I ordered my toast dry and my scramble without cheese. Guess what I got. When I politely pointed out both mistakes to her, she told me I never said that, took my food back, and returned with my correct food and without an apology. Okay then...
I could hear her talking about me to the cook (it's an open grill) and the cook said the way she took down orders was confusing and that was why she had prepared my food wrong. Whatever. I know how I like my toast and eggs and I know what I said.
The shredded potatoes aren't good- undercooked and bland. We didn't eat them.

If you come here, record yourself ordering otherwise your waitress will call you a liar.

Just ate here on a morning I got up to run errands and my credit union wasn't open yet.
Coffee is diner coffee.  Meh.  But expected.  The food was good.   Greek omelet was fluffy,  freshly cooked and all ingredients yummy and evenly distributed.
Home fries were good but a little underdone for me.   Next time I will ask for extra well done and see how they are.
    Toast was good.
5 slices of bacon in an order.  Yum!
    Good,  friendly,  fast service.

One of my friends who lives nearby says, "You can't get much more New England than this!"  This is the place the locals go to get their breakfast, typically at the counter, without the waiting lines, the specialty coffees, etc.  It's a nice touch to have a holder on the wall for the menus for each table. Coffee comes out quickly, as does your meal. The eggs are light and fluffy. The bacon is a lot better than places at which I've spent a lot more for breakfast. If you're looking for good diner food and a good traditional breakfast, consider here... just don't tell too many others.

This is a nice little place with friendly workers and good food at a a very reasonable price.
There are a lot of regulars here every time I come in which is a good sign
I have only been in for breakfast but it has kept me as a repeat customer
